Establishing and implementing a Quality Managment System involves :
Identifying the areas and assessing the associated level (Like lihood and impact) of risk of products and services not comforming with the specified requirement ;
Developing processes ,generally documented as plans and procedures to mange the risk;
Identifying and providing resources and allocating responsibilities to suit the plans and procedures;
Implementing the plans and procedures; monitoring, auditing and improving the implementation of plans and procedures
Regulary reviewing and improving the quality Managment System.

OGI's HSE managment system has eight major element Theu are guidance and promises guidelines and strategy goals, organization,resource and documents, estimation and risk managment, programmig , implementation and examination and assessments.
Every element is a criterion that HSE managment has to reach , Guildance and promise is the core part of managment system . Other elements circle around the core and are carried out throungh activities . The eight elements circulate the work , making the system work and avoid HSE accidents.
