Establishing and implementing a Quality Managment System involves :

  • Identifying the areas and assessing the associated level (Like lihood and impact) of risk of products and services not comforming with the specified requirement ;
  • Developing processes ,generally documented as plans and procedures to mange the risk;
  • Identifying and providing resources and allocating responsibilities to suit the plans and procedures;
  • Implementing the plans and procedures; monitoring, auditing and improving the implementation of plans and procedures
  • Regulary reviewing and improving the quality Managment System.

  • OGI's HSE managment system has eight major element Theu are guidance and promises guidelines and strategy goals, organization,resource and documents, estimation and risk managment, programmig , implementation and examination and assessments.
  • Every element is a criterion that HSE managment has to reach , Guildance and promise is the core part of managment system . Other elements circle around the core and are carried out throungh activities . The eight elements circulate the work , making the system work and avoid HSE accidents.
